ASA RECRUITMENT

ASA Recruitment is the trading name of ASA International Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. It recruits permanent, contract and temporary staff for clients and also works in outsourced workforce management. It has offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Kirkcaldy.

The agency covers accountancy, finance, financial services, construction, engineering, facilities management, healthcare, hospitality and catering, human resources, industrial, interim professional, IT, legal, logistics and supply, mechanical and electrical, office personnel, and sales and marketing. It says its team of some 50 consultants all have industry expertise in these fields.

ASA says it holds an extensive database of candidates built up over many years and can search for passive candidates who are not necessarily looking to move. It says clients incur no charges until a candidate is placed, and that it offers a rebate if a candidate does not work out. It also runs eCruit, an online shift management tool for clients and candidates, and provides social care training at its four offices.
