It also assists clients with OH&S and HR services.

The agency was established in 1998, with its first office in the south east suburbs of Melbourne, and began in the direct mail industry. Its head office is in Laverton North, Melbourne. It says it has more than 25 years of experience. It has been a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association since 2000 and is also a member of the Australian Industry Group. In 2004 it received the Australian Achiever Highly Recommended Award for Excellence in Customer Service. Elyse Caruana is its General Manager.
