Arra Group Pty Ltd

Arra Group Pty Ltd is a diversified company based in Western Australia that trains, recruits and places people. It describes itself as a substantial majority Indigenous-managed, owned and controlled business. Its services are utility-based project work, mainly electrical and mechanical contracting, recruitment solutions and a registered Group Training Organisation.

On the recruitment side, it provides staffing and labour hire, including contract labour and permanent recruitment, and shut-down support in mining. It serves oil and gas, mining, healthcare, defence, government and infrastructure, and industrial and commercial clients. Its health brand addresses medical workforce shortages in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote health services in Western Australia. It fills vacancies for overseas-trained doctors and supports recruitment of International Medical Graduates who wish to practise family medicine in the state.

The company says it wants to involve Indigenous people, women in non-traditional roles and others who may lack employment opportunities in the mining, resources and wider industrial sector. Its head office is in Osborne Park.
