Armor People Link

Armor People Link is a Canadian staffing and recruitment company serving the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada. It says it has provided recruiting and staffing services to some of the largest companies in Canada for more than 40 years, and describes itself as a full-service workforce solutions company.

It offers temporary and permanent staffing through flexible staffing, direct hire and recruitment process outsourcing. It fills roles in logistics and warehousing, food processing and distribution, automotive, plastics and paper packaging, general office and administration, accounting and bookkeeping, customer service, call centres, and management and executive search. Examples include order pickers, machine operators, receptionists and bookkeepers.

The company reports that it puts more than 4,000 people out to work each year, keeps a database of more than 40,000 candidates and has more than 100 clients in the GTA. It uses the People 2.0 Staff Trak applicant management platform and, through People 2.0, has access to more than 150 member agencies across Canada and the United States. It has registration offices in Brampton and Mississauga.
