Arlow Search

Arlow Search is a London based search and headhunting firm that works in the energy transition sector. It provides advice, insights and headhunting services to clients in the sector, and connects renewable energy firms with talent in the clean energy field.

Nathan Quinn founded the firm in 2025 with the aim of creating an embedded partnership model tailored to the energy transition sector. The firm says he has over six years of experience serving the sector exclusively, and that he has personally delivered more than 150 mandates for renewable energy developers, asset owners, funds, consultancies, start ups and utilities. These searches were primarily senior positions, team builds, companies starting from scratch and businesses entering new geographies where they had no presence.
