Arlington Resource Management is a recruitment consultancy that sources in-house accountants and finance staff for SME finance departments in the London region and beyond. It also recruits office staff. It describes itself as a boutique consultancy that is not bound by corporate methodology and adapts its service to individual client requirements.

The roles it recruits for include finance directors, financial controllers, finance managers, management accountants, credit controllers and practice accountancy roles. It works both with businesses hiring finance staff and with candidates looking for their next role.

The company was launched in 1999 by Leslie Walters, who has been recruiting accountants for 30 years and worked in accountancy at KPMG before moving into recruitment. He was Secretary to the Forum of Professional Recruiters in the UK from 1999 to 2009. The company is based in London.
