Arenakoncernen

Arenakoncernen is a Swedish group of companies with its head office at Anderstorpsvägen 20, fourth floor, in Solna, led by koncernchef Magnus Eriksson. Its motto is vi stärker styrkor, we strengthen strengths, and it explains that as a belief in every person's ability: strong individuals lift each other, and step by step the group helps employees and companies develop and become stronger, so strong that they in turn lift others. Rather than operating as a single brand, Arenakoncernen holds a portfolio of businesses that between them cover a wide span of labour market services.

The group's companies work across arbetsmarknad, utbildning and kompetensutveckling, the labour market, education and skills development, and its services are grouped into four areas. The first is bemanning och rekrytering, staffing and recruitment. The second is hälsa, arbetsmiljö och rehabilitering, covering health, the working environment and rehabilitation. The third is karriär och omställning, career support and job transition. The fourth is utbildning och kompetensutveckling, training and skills development. Taken together this runs from jobbcoachning and training through to recruitment and staffing, and the group states that the purpose of that broad palette is to ease transitions in the labour market so that the need for both workforce and education can be met.
