Its starting point is that in a fast changing labour market it is decisive to have a deep understanding of the challenges and the opportunities that market presents, and it has specialised in helping people find new work or education on that basis. The company states its goal plainly, which is to get a person into new employment as quickly as possible, and it invites people to take the first step by making contact.

The main programme is Rusta och Matcha, the Swedish public matching service, and Arena Workforce sets out the route into it in three steps. First, the person contacts Arbetsförmedlingen to see whether they qualify for Rusta och Matcha. Second, if the answer is positive, they choose Arena Workforce as their supplier. Third, once Arbetsförmedlingen has taken its decision, Arena Workforce makes contact and books a meeting. Behind the programme sit experienced career consultants who support people by mapping their competence and their experience.
