Arena Staffing

Arena Staffing is a staffing and recruitment company specialising in architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing, serving clients across the United States. It says it has worked in skilled trades staffing for over a decade, with its roots in construction, and has since expanded into direct hire recruiting in the same sectors.

The company runs two service lines. Skilled trades staffing supplies temporary and project-based workers such as electricians, carpenters, welders, HVAC technicians and labourers. Direct hire covers permanent roles at all levels, from entry level to executive leadership, and the company also offers contingent staffing, executive search and retained search. Roles range from architectural designers and drafters to civil and structural engineers, estimators, superintendents and plant supervisors.

Arena Staffing operates from branch offices across California and in Arizona and Texas. It reports more than 10,000 professionals placed and more than 2,000 clients served.
