Ardent Recruitment

Ardent Recruitment is a legal recruitment firm based in London. It focuses on private practice and works across the UK legal market, with a particular focus on London. Its consultants say they have years of experience in the UK legal search and recruitment market.

The firm recruits for US, Magic Circle, global, national, boutique and specialist law firms. It places Associates, Senior Associates, Counsel, Legal Directors, Professional Support Lawyers, first-step Partners, lateral Partners and teams. It also advises newly qualified solicitors on which area to qualify into and whether to move, and helps them with CVs and interview preparation.

For Partners and teams moving firms, it says it manages the process and helps with business plans and remuneration negotiations. It also works with existing Professional Support Lawyers and Knowledge Managers, and with lawyers making a first move into a non-fee earning role.
