Archway Recruitment

Archway Recruitment is a recruitment agency in New Zealand working in the built environment, corporate and technology sectors. It opened in 2017 with offices in Auckland and Wellington, added a Christchurch office in 2018 and says it now has over 15 team members. It was founded by three recruitment directors with over 50 years of collective experience in the built environment and in accounting and HRIS/payroll.

Its built environment team covers architecture, engineering, construction and property. Clients include private, government and not for profit organisations, from small and boutique firms to large multinational corporations. It says it has experience matching candidates from graduate roles to Director and CEO positions. In construction it typically recruits in construction management, project management, site management, site engineering, health and safety, construction administration, quantity surveying and estimating.

The corporate team covers accounting, HRIS and payroll, business support, professional services, HR, recruitment, and marketing and communications. The technology team recruits across HRIS, FMIS, payroll and business systems, including systems analysis, data and reporting, testing and project management. Archway won the RCSA Outstanding Medium Agency in New Zealand award in 2021.
