Archos Search Ltd

Archos Search Ltd is a European boutique executive search agency focused on life science recruitment. It works with Biotech and SME life science organisations and helps them hire for technical functions, including C-level roles such as CEO, Chief Medical Officer and CTO. It describes itself as an international agency with a focus on the European market and says it advises clients on country specifics such as contracts, salaries and regulations.

Its services are executive search on a retained basis, contingency and project work. One offer covers difficult, confidential, strategic or urgent hires, with set milestones and regular data on the search. Another lets clients interview candidates with no upfront fee, and it also builds teams or fills multiple roles across a business unit. The company is based in Letchworth Garden City.

Archos Search was founded by Brieuc Baeckeroot, who says he has recruited across Europe for almost a decade, at all levels of seniority up to C-level, with a background working with SMEs and Biotech.
