It says it has worked in this field for eleven years and has provided architectural hiring solutions in more than 15 countries, including for large international architecture firms.

Its services are talent acquisition, hiring solutions and talent management. Hiring models are tailored to needs such as assembling a project team, finding niche expertise or appointing senior leadership, and the firm also advises on workforce planning, leadership development and retention. Its methods range from executive search to white-label employment branding campaigns.

Architypes is partnered with the Archi Tech Network and says it commits 30% of its profits to training and development for architecture candidates. It reports that 90% of its new business comes from referrals and repeat clients. Sam Jenkinson and Dan Huckle are named as its co-founders.
