Archipro Staff Agency

Archipro Staff Agency is a recruitment firm that places professionals in architecture, landscape architecture and interior design. It describes itself as an executive search firm and says it has recruited in these fields since 1992. Its clients are design studios and firms across the United States, and it lists Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Miami and New York among the cities it works in, plus every other city nationwide.

The agency recruits for junior, intermediate and senior positions, including project architects, project managers and coordinators, interior architects and designers, landscape architects and urban designers, and technical designers with Revit, CAD and BIM skills. Searches are direct hire placements. It says it finds candidates through its proprietary database, professional journal advertising, industry organisation networks and a nationwide referral network, and that it also approaches passive candidates.

Archipro works on an engaged search model, with a small upfront retainer and a placement fee of 25% of the candidate's annual salary, and it offers a 60 day replacement guarantee. Leslie Swisher is its founder and CEO. The company has its office in Coral Gables, Florida.
