Arch's first operating division was founded by hospitality professionals for hospitality professionals, with leadership including individuals from hotel management, restaurant management, food service management and catering management backgrounds. The Industrial Division comprises managers with experience as certified forklift trainers, safety managers, quality managers, warehouse managers and facility managers, screening and testing each applicant for proficiency in their respective positions. The Professional Division seeks highly skilled office, clerical and administrative talent whilst providing search work for clients, combining industry-specific experience with successful matching of client and candidate needs.

Arch operates from Dallas with additional offices in Houston, Fort Worth and Plano. The Dallas office is located at 8204 Elmbrook Drive, Suite 106.
