Arcadian Technology

Arcadian Technology is a recruitment business that hires specialist OT and ICS security professionals. It partners with critical infrastructure and industrial organisations on senior hires in this field, including to meet NIS2 requirements and reduce cyber risk.

The company says its business is deliberately niche and focuses exclusively on OT security and critical infrastructure hiring. As well as sourcing candidates, it helps clients define roles, clarifying scope, decision rights and the interface between OT, IT and operations. It works across Germany.
