ARA Search is an executive search firm based in Australia, operating across the Asia Pacific region and in other major global financial centres. It was founded in 2012, and its principals say they have over 40 years' combined experience in global executive search.

The firm recruits in banking, global markets, investment management, private equity and strategy. Its banking clients range from global investment and institutional banks to corporate finance boutiques. The global markets practice covers fixed income, interest rate, currency, commodity and equity finance, including trading, sales, structuring, origination, syndication and research roles. In investment management it is active in alternative investments such as hedge funds, funds of funds, real estate and infrastructure, and has relationships with superannuation and sovereign wealth clients.

In private equity it recruits at senior levels and says it has placed partners in offices across Asia and Australia. Its strategy work covers international search for strategy and corporate development projects, from senior manager to C-suite level.
