Aquent

Aquent is a staffing company that recruits for marketing, creative and design roles. It offers temporary staffing, contract to hire with a 90-day assessment period, permanent recruitment and an employer of record service. The roles it fills fall into creative, digital accessibility, experience design, gaming, marketing, tech, and content and writing, and include creative directors, UX designers, software engineers and copywriters.

The company says it has more than 40 years of experience and works with proprietary recruitment technology, including Milton, an AI portfolio search engine for creative hiring. It says over 400 of its talent have been placed in 15 Google divisions, and it has also filled roles for Sanofi in the U.S. and France.

John H. Chuang is founder and CEO, and Steve Kapner and Mia Wenjen are named as co-founders. The wider Aquent group includes Skill for staffing and recruiting, the marketing agency Aquent Studios, Scout VMS and Robohead PM software.
