Aquaculturetalent

Aquaculturetalent is an executive search consultancy that recruits for the aquaculture, seafood, fisheries and feed sectors. It specialises in executive, management and specialist roles, and offers executive search, permanent placement and Talent as a Service. It says it operates at a global level.

The company says it was founded in May 2015, with headquarters and offices in Norway, Spain, the UK and the USA, and four offices in total. It gives street addresses for offices in Trondheim and Castelló de la Plana. It reports a talent pool of more than 13,000 people and over 100 clients worldwide.

Aquaculturetalent is part of DB Partner, a seafood staffing agency founded by Jon Botn Jørgensen. DB Partner reports more than 600 employees serving the aquaculture and seafood industry in the Nordic countries. Aquaculturetalent also runs We Are Aquaculture, an editorial brand for business leaders and specialists in the sector.
