Aptus

Aptus is a specialist engineering and built environment recruitment agency, founded in Melbourne in 2010 and based there. It works with candidates and clients across Australia and New Zealand, and says it has built relationships with employers over 15 years.

It recruits in three areas: buildings, land and infrastructure (structural, civil, building services, survey, BIM and digital engineering), construction and delivery (project management, site management, estimating and contracts), and architecture, planning and design (architects, urban planners, landscape architects and designers). Placements cover permanent, contract and temporary roles, from graduate level to Director.

Its clients include consultancies, contractors, developers and project teams, ranging from boutique specialist firms to businesses delivering large infrastructure and construction projects. For employers it offers retained search, contingent recruitment and contract solutions across technical and leadership positions.
