Aptitude Recruits

Aptitude Recruits is a boutique recruitment business based in London, run by a small group of recruiters who previously worked for international recruitment consultancies. It says the team has over 20 years' experience providing recruitment and headhunting services for clients in the UK and internationally.

The company recruits experienced professionals in Legal and Compliance, Accountancy and Finance, and Human Resources. It describes itself as a recruitment partner to SMEs, start-ups and growing businesses, and works remotely with hiring managers and HR teams. It combines search methods with traditional recruitment, and approaches candidates who are not actively looking for work.

It also covers the Middle East, where its regional specialist reports 14 years' experience living, working and recruiting across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain. It can connect clients with candidates based in the region or elsewhere, depending on the skills required.
