Apt Talent Solutions is a recruitment business specialising in Facilities Management, Building Services and mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects. It was founded in 2023 by Joe Sullivan, who had spent ten years in recruitment, both internally and agency-side. The company is based in London.

It provides permanent recruitment, finding engineers, supervisors and managers for the built environment. Its specialist areas are data centres, M&E maintenance, building services, hard and soft facilities management, M&E projects, critical environments such as healthcare estates and laboratories, and white collar commercial, technical and operational leadership appointments. Its clients include FM providers, building services contractors, managing agents and commercial property portfolios.

Alongside placements it offers salary benchmarking, mobilisation support, retention planning and advice on job adverts and interview processes. It says it checks candidates' tickets, shift pattern and commute before presenting a shortlist, and reports that 94% of the engineers it places are still in role at 12 months.
