Approach Personnel

Approach Personnel is an independently owned recruitment business that has traded since 2007. It supplies blue and white collar, temporary, permanent and freelance trades and labour staff to the UK's construction, manufacturing and food production industries.

The sectors it names include fit-out and interiors, M&E, civil engineering, groundworks, house building and facilities management. It says its consultants supply staff to hundreds of projects nationwide every month, and it supplies facilities management staff to public and private sector institutions.

The company was founded by Adam Charlesworth, and Alan Spalding joined as Managing Director. Its head office is in Nottingham, and it also has an office in Miami, Florida. It is part of a group with Elizabeth Michael Associates, a Nottingham commercial office recruitment consultancy it acquired, which handles office-based recruitment.
