The company serves as a rapid-response recruitment partner, providing Werkvoorbereiders, Projectleiders, Engineers, Tekenaars and supporting roles through an extensive network of skilled tradespeople and contractors.

With over 21 years of experience in infrastructure technology, founder Tom Appelman has built a strong network of monteurs, uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders, engineers and client organisations. This practical experience enables the team to understand both the technical requirements and the human dynamics that drive successful projects, ensuring every placement contributes meaningfully to outcomes on site.

Appelman Projecten emerged from the success of Appelman Professionals, taking on complete underground infrastructure projects and providing full execution services. Works include saneringsprojecten (remediation and renewal) for Gas, Water and Elektra networks, huisaansluitingen (building connections) and distributienetten (distribution networks). The experienced crews contribute daily to sustainability of underground infrastructure by replacing and renewing gas, water and electrical networks to create safe, reliable and future-proof networks.
