The firm was started in 1991 by owner Kevin O'Connor, a former controller at a local automotive dealership, as Automotive Personnel Network. In the mid 1990s it moved into staffing entire dealerships, from general managers to automotive technicians. In 2009 it expanded into healthcare, placing administrators, providers, nurses and more, including clinical staff, behavioural health workers and C-suite roles. It added government contracts in 2014, and its tribal work is contracted at city, state and county level.
The company has two offices in Phoenix, Arizona, one for healthcare and one for automotive, and it places talent across Arizona.
