APB Strategy is an Australian executive search firm that places sales, business development and commercial leaders in two sectors only: Facilities Services and Freight & Logistics. Facilities Services covers commercial cleaning, security, building maintenance and integrated facilities management. Freight & Logistics covers international freight forwarding, global supply chain, cross-border logistics and 3PL. The firm started in Sydney in 2021 as APB Sales Strategy, a sales recruitment business, and rebranded in 2025 as its work moved into executive search. It was founded by Adam Beverley, who is Founder and Managing Director. Retained search is used for senior commercial leadership roles, while contingent recruitment suits mid-level sales and business development roles. It declines searches outside its two sectors.
