Anthony Millard Consulting provides recruitment and strategic consultancy to the education sector, both in the UK and internationally. It was established in 2004. Its main services are leadership recruitment and strategic consultancy, alongside coaching, dispute resolution, higher education, multi-academy trusts and services for candidates. It can also assist with teacher recruitment.

The company says every assignment is led by an experienced former school or school group leader, and that its Recruitment Directors handle the process personally rather than sub-contracting to research companies. It says it has completed hundreds of recruitment assignments, along with bespoke consultancy, for schools in the UK, mainland Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the United States.

Anthony Millard founded the company and is its chair, and Natasha Watson is chief executive. The head office is in London. The company also hosts Dine & Discuss events for school governors and senior leaders, and it published a 2024 research study on the global teacher shortage, which it says involved over 1300 teachers and school leaders.
