About the Agency
ANOTHR Recruitment is a specialist talent business for the client side of property, the people who own, fund, develop and operate buildings. It is based in Brisbane, its home base, and also works from the Gold Coast in Queensland. Braydan Hartigan founded it after a career selling homes in Sydney.
The company began as a residential real estate desk, covering sales, property management and support roles across independent and franchise networks in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. It also recruits for project marketing, new homes and land, strata, build-to-rent, client-side property, and design and planning, including architecture and interiors practices and planning consultancies. It runs director and C-suite executive search across property as well.
Clients can engage it for exclusive search, contingent recruitment, retained executive search or an embedded talent partnership. It says it places and sources across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney, Dubai and London, and publishes dated 2026 salary bands for the roles it recruits. The team is four people.
