Another Recruitment

Another Recruitment is a specialist HR recruitment business that also supports executive level roles and business support recruitment. It provides recruitment consultancy for HR professionals at all levels, with areas covered including reward, learning and development, resourcing, organisational development, and health and safety.

It says it has supported all levels from C-suite to assistant, within blue chip firms and small and medium-sized businesses across all industries nationally. Beyond HR, it recruits for closely linked roles such as payroll, executive and personal assistants, sustainability and operations. It says its experience has been gained largely in Yorkshire, the North West, Lincolnshire and the Humber region, and it describes operating in Yorkshire, the North East, the North West and Lincolnshire.

The company was founded by Angela Smith, who worked as an in-house HR professional and head of talent before establishing it. It says it draws on over 20 years of industry experience.
