AndRecruit Group

AndRecruit Group is a recruitment business based in Calne, Wiltshire, that focuses on the engineering and manufacturing sectors. It was established in November 2023 by Matt Andrews, its founder and managing director, who worked as a professional engineer for 15 years before moving into recruitment. The company says it is part of a network of independent recruitment businesses in the UK.

It offers permanent recruitment, including headhunting, and contract recruitment, which it opened in July 2025. For contractors it handles onboarding, payroll and compliance. Its engineering contract function is led by Alex Chambers, who works with clients and contractors across the UK. Roles it recruits for include quality managers and engineers, health and safety managers, product engineering managers and injection moulding setters.

Other services include reference checks before interview, technical tests, pre-screening of candidates, targeted advertising campaigns, quarterly salary surveys and market updates. It reports its first permanent placement in January 2024 and its first employee in January 2025.
