Anchor Talent and Consulting, LLC is a Texas based manufacturing executive search firm that specialises in operational leadership placements across industrial organisations in Texas and nationwide. It was founded in April 2021 by Kelly and Alison, who had spent decades working in high volume staffing and corporate agency environments and concluded that recruitment had become overly focused on metrics, quotas, calls logged and KPIs while losing sight of impact, turning candidates into numbers and clients into transactions. The agency was set up to bring recruiting back to being people first, results driven and grounded in trust and transparency.

Anchor Talent works across three named sectors: manufacturing, engineering and construction. Within them it concentrates on mid level to executive roles where a hiring decision directly affects production, performance and long term growth, and specifically on operations leadership, plant leadership and launches, and supply chain and procurement. Typical briefs include stabilising plant performance when throughput, cost, safety or execution are off track, getting control of supplier risk, OTIF, inventory turns and cost when volatility is hitting margin and customer commitments, and putting experienced site leaders in place for expansions, second shifts and new facilities. Three commercial models are offered: retained recruitment, contingent recruitment, and contract and project staffing.

The agency serves clients in Texas and across the United States, and describes the moments when clients call: a plant leader resigns and the gap is disrupting execution, a greenfield site or second shift needs leadership, a confidential backfill needs discreet handling to protect morale and market signalling, a role has been posted for more than a hundred days with no qualified applicants, a team is burned out covering open roles, or previous agencies keep sending resumes misaligned to the requirements.
