Anne Mills Recruitment

Anne Mills Recruitment, also called AMTR, is a specialist tax recruitment firm serving the Midlands. It says it has worked for over 25 years with accounting firms, law firms, tax boutiques, FTSE 100 companies and international businesses that hire tax professionals at all levels. It places candidates across tax disciplines, including corporate tax, indirect tax and VAT, international tax, OMB and SME tax, and personal tax and private client work, in practices, law firms and in-house teams.

The firm was formed in the mid 1990s by Anne Mills FCA, who owns it. She qualified as an ACA and worked as a recruiter with a national recruitment company before setting up AMTR to focus on the tax market. The firm says it was one of the first recruiters to specialise in tax, and it has supported technical seminars and annual events of the West Midlands CIOT branch through sponsorship.

Candidates are supported with CV writing, interview preparation, evaluating offers and handling resignations.
