Amida Recruitment

Amida Recruitment is a recruitment agency for the built environment. It was founded in London in 2009 with a focus on design and engineering, and Aaron George is its co-founder and managing director. It has offices in London, Singapore, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, and says it operates from five countries.

The agency recruits for architecture and interior design, property, engineering, construction, civils, renewables, housing, business services, and HSEQ and sustainability roles. Its clients include architects, consultancies, engineering firms, construction companies, large global corporations, SMEs and public authorities. Services cover freelance contract and interim staffing, permanent hires, retained executive search, bespoke recruitment process outsourcing, talent pool building and global campaigns, and payroll for contract workers.

The wider group added an Amida Healthcare brand in 2018 and Amida Consulting Solutions, focused on management consultancy, in 2019. The built environment business was rebranded as Amida Built Environment in 2023.
