Ambience Care is a recruitment agency with its head office in Slough, Berkshire. It also uses the name Ambience Recruitment. It places candidates into permanent, contract and temporary positions at all levels, either by direct approach or through master vendor models, and says its service is available across the UK. Its clients range from small companies to large multi-national organisations.

It specialises in supplying healthcare professionals to care homes and works across health and social care more widely, including private homes, GP practices, mental health care, prison services and home care. It says its team has over 30 years of collective experience in health and social care. It also recruits for early education, covering mainstream schools, special educational needs schools and nurseries, as well as hospitality and catering, manufacturing production lines, and office roles such as administration, accounting and finance, and marketing.

It has provided domestic and commercial cleaners across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London since 2016, is a member of the REC and says it carries out background checks on all its candidates. It also has branches including Stratford, Surrey and Reading.
