Altura is a founder-led search firm focused on strategy, technology and transformation roles. It is based in Sydney and works nationally, offering retained search as well as contract and interim placements.

The firm recruits technology leaders, programme directors, integration and agile delivery leads, and PMO, risk and governance specialists. It also places architects, lead developers and programme staff for platform migrations involving SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Workday, along with AI and data leaders and engineers. Its work covers changes in executive leadership, integration after a deal and the delivery of large programmes.
