Altum Consulting is a recruitment firm that has operated since 2013, specialising in Accountancy & Finance, Change & Transformation, Human Resources, and Audit, Risk & Compliance professionals. It also has practice areas for charity and not-for-profit and for sustainability. The firm says it has worked with over 200 clients across a broad range of sectors and has placed candidates in more than 40 countries. Its work includes interim and permanent roles.

Altum Consulting has offices in London, Amsterdam and New York, and operates in the UK, the Netherlands and the USA. David McDowell and Edward Nash Steer are its founders and co-CEOs, and Nerys Walters is Managing Director of the UK business.

The company set up the Altum Foundation in 2018. All staff are members, and the foundation supports charities and organisations working in their communities.
