Altitude EA is an Australian recruitment agency that specialises in placing executive assistants and personal assistants. It recruits for managing directors, CEOs and other c-suite executives, board members and entrepreneurs, and fills both permanent and contract positions. It also places executive, personal and administrative assistants for high net worth individuals.

Its clients include HR managers, board chairs and members, entrepreneurs and startups. It works with professional services, technology, construction, medical and pharmaceutical, accounting, banking and finance, government, advisory and private equity organisations. It has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.

The company was founded by Anastasia Kelly, who is its director. She has more than twenty years of experience in recruitment. She previously worked as a recruiter with Accountancy Placements (now Hays) and spent three years as executive assistant to the CEO of a healthcare association.
