Altis Recruitment is an independent Canadian staffing and recruitment firm that places candidates in roles from entry level to leadership. Kathryn Tremblay and Toni Guimaraes started the business in Ottawa in 1989, and Kathryn Tremblay is co-founder and owner. Erin Campbell is chief executive officer.

The firm names specialisms in technology, professional services, finance and accounting, administrative support, executive recruitment, bilingual staffing and federal government work. It also recruits for healthcare, education, construction and engineering, energy and non-profit organisations. Clients come from the private sector, the broader public sector and the federal government, and the firm supplies staff to federal departments and to provincial and municipal governments.

Its services cover contract, permanent, executive, project-based, fractional and high-volume hiring, as well as payroll solutions.
