Altasu Recruitment Group is a recruitment firm that works exclusively with regulated MedTech and HealthTech start-up companies. It serves venture-backed healthcare technology businesses, from early-stage through to Series B and beyond, and is based in Manchester.

The firm recruits engineering teams building regulated healthcare technologies, clinical and applications specialists, engineers and data scientists working on clinical AI and healthcare data platforms, and quality and regulatory specialists with experience of FDA approval, EU MDR compliance and medical device quality systems. It also fills field service and support engineering roles, leadership and operational roles for companies scaling after funding, and commercial and operational teams for companies expanding into the US and European markets.

Its services are permanent recruitment, on both a retained and contingency basis, contract recruitment and international recruitment. Thomas Warburton is the founder and Managing Director. He says he spent close to a decade in recruitment, including work with Amazon, before focusing on MedTech and HealthTech.
