Altair Recruitment is an Australian recruitment agency that specialises in ecommerce and digital hiring. It works with growing ecommerce, retail and logistics brands, and also places people in marketing, sales, operations, logistics, customer experience and office support roles.

The agency was founded by Yuliya Whiston, who moved into recruitment more than five years ago after working in sales and ecommerce roles, including in the travel industry. It recruits across Australia, using a database of pre-screened candidates in ecommerce, digital and commercial roles, industry networks and discreet headhunting to reach people who are not actively job hunting.

Placements carry a replacement guarantee that applies during the probation period, and the service is free to candidates. The agency says over half of its clients return.
