It was founded in 2022 and is based in Melbourne, in the suburb of Moonee Ponds, and it works with clients across Australia. It offers end-to-end recruitment services and acts for both hiring brands and candidates.

The agency focuses on growing consumer brands in beauty, fashion, homewares, lifestyle, wellness and health. It says it has introduced talent to D2C brands such as Bangn Body, SABO, Vestirisi, French Beauty Co and Accent Group, and to the B2B retail brand French Favorites.

The company is led by its founder and director, Rebecca (Bec) Tepe, who has 14 years of recruitment experience, including 11 years as an in-house recruiter and three years leading Alt. The company reports a 14-day average time to hire, a 98% 12-month retention rate and 44% of hires promoted internally.
