Alloc8 Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Sydney that specialises in data talent. It was founded in 2012 and places contract and permanent professionals in data and analytics teams in Australia. It also describes itself as an IT recruitment company.

Its specialities are big data and data science, including data engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, business intelligence and data warehousing, analytics, data consulting and project roles, and executive and leadership positions such as Chief Data Officer and Head of Data.
