Allegiance Staffing

Allegiance Staffing is a staffing agency founded in 2002 by a group of staffing franchisees. It operates through branches across the United States, which it says work at the local level while sharing common core values.

The company provides permanent placement, temporary staffing, including contract and temp-to-hire arrangements, and workforce management solutions supported by SimpleVMS technology. It recruits for warehouse and logistics, light manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, clerical and call centre roles, and its specialist teams also cover areas such as engineering, legal, and finance and accounting. In healthcare it staffs most non-prescribing and non-diagnosing positions.

Allegiance Staffing says it has placed more than 15,000 full-time and temporary workers over more than twenty years. It also reports a net promoter score of 70% or higher from customers since 2010, against an industry average it puts at 30 to 40%.
