All-Pro Placement Service

All-Pro Placement Service, also known as All-Pro Staffing, is a staffing firm based in Cockeysville, Maryland. It was founded in March 2002 by Nancy Kelbaugh and Jennifer Quinn, a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law team. Jennifer Quinn is now its president.

The company supplies temporary, temp-to-perm and direct hire staff in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington DC. It says it fills positions from administrative to executive level, in fields including insurance, medical, IT and call centres. Candidates are pre-screened through interviews, skills assessments, reference checks and background checks. For temporary staff it handles payroll, workers compensation and unemployment insurance, and it also offers payroll outsourcing.

All-Pro is a certified small business and holds women-owned and minority business certifications as well as a GSA schedule. It works with state, local and federal government. Its officers report over 25 years of combined experience.
