Align International Recruitment Ltd

Align International Recruitment Ltd, which also trades as Align Recruitment, is a recruitment agency serving the health care and high tech sectors. It says it has provided recruitment services since 1995, when founder and director Larry Beck started a recruitment company in the United States. He then moved to New Zealand in early 2002.

The company lists its specialities as clinical psychology, medical doctors and officers, and nursing positions in health care. In technology and engineering it fills software developer, hardware and electronic engineering and information technology vacancies, as well as construction roles such as structural and civil engineers. It also recruits psychiatrists and radiologists, mainly for New Zealand and Canada.

Much of its work involves placing overseas candidates in New Zealand. It gives them information on the cost of living, taxes and lifestyle so that they and their partners can judge whether to immigrate. It says it provides employment services in the USA, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
