Alfa Employment

Alfa Employment is a staffing and employment agency that places temporary, contract-to-hire and permanent staff with employers of all sizes across a variety of industries. It says it has been in the recruiting business for years and reports a 97% placement rate.

Candidates are screened through interviews, a review of qualifications and reference checks. The agency also runs background checks covering criminal history, employment history and references, with a credit check where the position requires one. After placement it helps with onboarding.

Alongside staffing, Alfa Employment offers recruiting, training and development, employee screening, HR consulting and payroll services.
