Alex Young Recruitment Limited

Alex Young Recruitment Limited is a recruitment agency specialising in the facilities management and maintenance industry. It says it works with the biggest facilities management companies in the sector, and names Aramark and Kier among the large UK facilities management organisations it has served. On the candidate side it places people such as heating engineers and contracts managers.

The company was launched in October 2014 by Matt Young in partnership with Claudio Rojas. Young joined Hays Montrose as a graduate in 2000 and reports almost 20 years of recruiting in the FM and maintenance industry. Rojas began his career at Hays Montrose in 2002, specialising in permanent recruitment for maintenance engineers.

The company says it personally assesses every CV it receives and tailors its approach to each client rather than offering a standardised service.
