Aldena Associates

Aldena Associates is a recruitment consultancy that works with both clients and candidates in the UK. It says it has provided tailored recruitment solutions for over 25 years, and that meeting its candidates is a key part of how it operates.

The business traces its origins to 1993, when Darinka Bradley and her mother started their own recruitment firm, which grew to two branches. After her mother moved to Spain, Darinka continued the business and relaunched it as Aldena with the same staff. She leads the company as Managing Director.

It recruits for the UK lighting and electrical market, including sales and product design engineer roles, and it also places candidates on temporary assignments.
