Albert Bow

Albert Bow is a London recruitment and search firm focused on technology, quantitative finance and trading, placing candidates and teams globally. It was founded by Craig Trenier and says it has been active since 2018. Its UK headquarters is in London, and it also has an office in Belfast.

On the trading side it works with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, investment banks, market makers and trading technology businesses. Roles covered include portfolio management, quantitative research and development, engineering, DevOps, risk, operations and sales. On the technology side it recruits across AI, Web3 and FinTech for start-ups, scale-ups and established global organisations, including CTO, engineering, data, product and design, and platform and infrastructure roles.

The firm also makes senior appointments, from Director and VP to C suite and Global Head, and treats fractional and interim leadership as a core part of its executive search offering, including CEO, CTO, CFO, COO and CMO roles. It reports over 20 years' combined experience in quantitative recruitment.
