The roles it recruits for include clinical research associates and project managers, quality control and qualified persons, regulatory affairs, data managers, statisticians, SAS programmers, medical advisors, medical writers, pharmacovigilance, GMC doctors, clinical nurses and medical sales staff. Its services are executive search and selection, contract recruitment and permanent staffing, with temporary or long-term placements for employers. It also runs a referral programme for candidates.

The company says it recruits candidates from more than 20 countries and is on the preferred supplier lists of more than 40 of the biggest companies in the industry. It is based in Leeds, England.
